Prior to embarking, the undersigned (and their passenger, if applicable) does agree to:
• Release the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, Limerock Park and all sponsors and their owners, partners, officers, directors, employees, and other members and volunteers from any and all liability arising out of said events.
• Release all other contestants and officials from any and all liability arising out of their participation in said events.
• Understand and accept that the information and photographs accompanying each entry may be used for publicity purposes or other commercial purposes by the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, and hereby waive, release, and assign his/her private rights to the production, reproduction, and publication of any motion picture, photographs, images, or video film that depicts the owner or automobile participating in said events.
• Understand and accept that only entries for vehicles owned by the registered participant will be accepted.
• All vehicles entered for the Larz Anderson Track Event are subject to the above terms and conditions.
• All particpants will have to sign additional waivers, in person at the event.
• All registrations are final and non-refundable. If you cannot make the event, you can transfer your registration to another person. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event or if the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
